Boott Spur

Description: We will be doing a clockwise loop, up the Glen Boulder Trail, across the Davis Path, then down onto the Boott Spur trail. We will turn at the Boott Spur Link then take a slight detour to head into the Tuckerman Ravine bowl to enjoy the views. We will complete the loop by heading down the Tuckerman Ravine Trail.

Figure on a total of 7+ miles and a 3,300-foot elevation gain.

There will be a lot of above-treeline exposure. Bring sun screen and plenty of water.

RSVP: Not necessary.
WEATHER: Hike is off in bad weather.
DOG FRIENDLY: Yes, if the dogs are well-behaved.

- Glen Ellis Trailhead after car spotting
- Concord: Hannaford/LL Bean parking lot off Exit 14 of I-93 at 7:00 am for carpool
- Wakefield: Jct of Rt. 109 & 16 at 7:30 am for carpool

DIRECTIONS TO CARSPOT:
Set your GPS to 44.257065,-71.252561 or get to Pinkham Notch Visitor Center by heading north on Route 16, the center is about 12 miles north of the 302 intersection. If you are heading south, the center is about 10 miles south of the Rt 2 intersection in Gorham.
