| Description: | Meet at the trailhead parking area on East Andover Road. Dan Elliott and Jon Starr will lead the intermediate hike to the summit that offers a 360-degree view. Could be some blueberries along the way. Join the Mahoosuc Land Trust and enjoy the properties, views and outdoor opportunities you have helped protect and conserve. Great family and friends outings. Come alone or bring a group. Each hike will have a leader familiar with the trails and history and attributes of the areas. Questionable hiking weather? Need directions or more information? | Driving Directions: | - From where Routes 2 and 5 split in Rumford, follow Rt. 5 north for 2.9 miles. - Turn right onto Andover Road and follow it for 0.4 mile. - Turn left onto East Andover Road and follow it for 0.1 mile. - A small dirt parking area will be on the left. - The trail starts across the street from the parking area, beyond the red gate. |
